STV series cone flowmeter is a new type of differential pressure flowmeter, which is composed of V cone flow sensor, pressure guiding accessories and differential pressure transmitter. The V-cone flow sensor is composed of two V-shaped bodies which are coaxially installed in the measuring tube. The fluid gradually shrinks to the inner wall of the pipe along the upstream cone, and then flows out along the inner wall of the pipe and the downstream cone. It is a gradually shrinking and gradually diffusing throttling device, which forms a certain pressure difference between the upstream cone and the downstream cone. The pressure difference can be measured through the pressure guiding accessories and the differential pressure transmitter, so as to realize the flow measurement function.
Temperature and pressure compensation Integration & or; cone flowmeter is a new differential pressure flowmeter developed and upgraded by our company on the basis of introducing V cone flowmeter from MCC company of the United States, which is especially suitable for the occasion of isostatic pressure measurement of coalbed methane and natural gas. The pressure compensation probe adopts high-precision absolute pressure sensor, the temperature probe adopts PT1000 imported from Japan, and the LCD window can simultaneously display instantaneous flow, cumulative flow, temperature, pressure and other parameters, as well as working condition flow and standard condition flow, so as to meet the different needs of users to the greatest extent.
